Wait for Me

Another bright sunny day where the silhouettes are muted.  Shadows can add so much atmosphere to a scene, can't they?  I love the nostalgic look of this scene, the little kid running off perhaps to play hide and seek or some other joyful venture.

This is an original Sonya Vine painting, oil on canvas, 16" x  12".  Signed by the artist on the front and signed and dated on the back.  No need to frame as it is on stretched canvas (1.5" deep) and can hang on the wall as it is.
