The Climb

Inspired by a walk in Waggoners Wells, I wanted to capture the moment when light opens a way forward, even if only for a second. The trees close in on either side, but the path is softened and revealed by shifting light, turning an ordinary walk into something contemplative.

This is an original Sonya Vine painting, oil on board, 12" x 16".  Signed by the artist on the front and signed and dated on the back.  This comes in a white wooden floater frame so it is ready to hang.
