I'm endlessly inspired by water. I love the way it holds light, shifts with the weather, and stills the mind. This collection brings together paintings of rivers, ponds, lakes and coastal scenes, each one exploring that particular quality of calm and luminosity that water brings to a scene.
My subjects range from the quiet ponds and streams of Surrey to the open beaches of West Sussex and Devon. They are painted in oils with a loose, impressionistic touch that aims to capture mood and atmosphere rather than photographic detail.
